The team members at the Monroe County DDS were an absolute dream.

People complain about going to DDS all the time but I would go to this location every day if I could. The team was professional, helpful, friendly, courteous, respectful and truly seemed to enjoy their
work.

This is a 5 star location.

The customer service is horrendously bad (everyone needs some intense training) , with staff yelling at customers, which is completely unprofessional. If you're going to give directions for the road test over the phone, at least have someone who can speak clearly and loudly enough for the person to hear . Failing someone just for asking for clearer instructions is absurd and Also, stop the discrimination treatment toward Black people. You should treat people of every race the same way you interact with white and Indian individuals, with respect and equality.

Website, and automated call says they are opened till 6pm. However they are closed at 11am today. Tuesday the 21st, January 2025.

This DDS location is permanently closed. I’m only leaving a review for others to be put on notice so they won’t waste their time like I did. Outside of the building it suggests you go to the Forsyth location, but the Locust Grove location is much closer and I had a very smooth and quick transaction there.

I didn’t think to read the reviews for this location until AFTER my daughter had already scheduled her road test appointment, and I must say, I was nervous after reading all the negative reviews!
Her appointment was today and we were both surprised and very satisfied with our experience at this location! We’ve use the Oxford location in the past and the employees at the Oxford location have always been so rude and the wait time is always ridiculous. However, at the Jackson location, everyone was super friendly and the process was very quick! I’m really glad we chose this location!
