Scales for out bound trucks are incorrect. Don't know if this is done on purpose or not. it seems like it's on purpose, so they can overload your truck. Because both scales are wrong.

If picking up Paper Rolls. Check it at Shipping and receiving 1st. They will send you all the way around back. Loading one truck at a time, so wait in line behind other trucks. Once backed in. Just wait in your truck. Not allowed inside building. Can be a slow wait. Not far from Loves truck stop.

Quick loading. Enter past guard shack, follow signs to left for shipping. Get empty weight on scale. Proceed to stop sign. Fork lift driver will come get you and direct to loading bay. Scale available outside loading/tarping station.

You better eat before coming here to get unloaded. Its a 1 and a half to 2hrs to unload. So if you see 3 trucks ahead 6hrs you will be sitting. Trust me.....

Had an 8am appointment, apon arrival was told to wait across street, because they hadn't made product yet. After waiting 2 hours was informed that it would be the next day before they had the product made. Why The plant isn't made for a road truck so prepare to bend or break something in the narrow road around the plant or damage your trailer when having to drive through the truck size potholes across the street. But the one star is because everyone was real friendly, so don't be to upset with everyone when you get there.
