3 yrs ago a tornado tore down a tall metal horse sculpture at my farm. I tried various people in attempts to get the pieces put back together but nobody did what they said they would do. Finally I found Mr. Jarrell Gilbert and he came to my rescue. We discussed ideas about fixing it and making a more stable way to mount it.
