UPDATE 2: I got my traverse back two days later. No charge. Of course there’s a but though. On my way home my driver side fender flare flew up while i was driving home from the dealership. So not only was the fender flare not put back properly, but my bumper wasn’t pushed all the way in next to the headlights. Also the shifter boot and the center console was not put back correctly as you can see from the gaps in the picture. My a/c controls were changed as well. Therefore, the rating will remain at 3 stars. Crazy that i had two different techs A31 the first time and A15 this time. Yet, the service was no better. I went to trade school for automotive as well so I’m not just talking. No service manager wants reviews like this or techs not properly completing the job because they’re rushing. Would’ve took less than 5 min to do all these mistakes the right way the first time. Literally took me 30 seconds to fix the fender flare and bumper. Maybe i need to get my ASE Certification and become tech for them.

UPDATE: I now know why they didn’t want to touch the transmission. My transmission just went out. So my vehicle is headed back to get fixed. I look forward to a better experience this time. Will update after service is completed. Hopefully i can raise to 4 stars.

I brought my vehicle in for a multi point inspection which says it’s FREE when you book. Had to pay 160 for that. On my service report it was stated as internal instead of customer. Then i was told that the transmission needed to be serviced at 50k miles. On the Carfax report this same shop had done 7 maintenance inspections since 52k miles. Not to mention the pre delivery inspection and another maintenance inspection prior to placing it on sale at 87k. I put 300 miles on the vehicle since purchasing 1/18/25. I bring it in because I'm hearing a noise coming from the front right passenger wheel. Then it all of a sudden is found that the transmission needs to be serviced, but it was missed the prior 9 inspections. I don’t understand how the in mileage and out mileage are both 88,005. How was the vehicle driven and tested? The best part of my visit was my service advisor Yolanda.

Very nice people! Went to get transmission fluids changed and they offered us a ride home and back for free! Actually not sure if it was free lol as I didn't pay my step father did but I believe it was free and it was very nice service to have as we didn't haft to wait hours at the shop. Definitely recommend.

This is the Very Best Chevrolet dealer ship I have dealt with, we had a horrible experience at another dealer in Greensboro. But these guys went above and beyond my expectations. Charles C and K.C were absolutely kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and on there toes with customer service and making sure I was happy with my new purchase of a 2025 Trailblazer LT. I love the car as well, this is my 2nd trailblazer and I love it. I will be coming only here to service my car and tell others how wonderful these people are, the young lady at desk as you walk in was very friendly as well along with a few other workers there, as they passed the cubacle we was in they stopped and said hello and that they was happy we came in. You don't get that at the other location we been too, nor do you get the service you deserve. Thanks to all of you at Ginn Chevrolet, you made me a happy lady. I wasn't pressured into buying and they made sure to spend the time needed to go over paper work. Thanks a million guys, you all Rock.

If your thinking of going to Cronic Chevrolet or Terry Cullin Chevrolet or John Miles Chevrolet. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Drop off my vehicle on appointment that was scheduled on Tuesday. Yolanda said they would look at it the next day. Called next day, they hadn’t even gotten back in the shop. Did not call on Thursday. Called at 1:55 pm on Friday left message. No return call. My Husband went by that afternoon and spoke to the Service Manger. This service at Ginn is a great disappointment. Cost me time and money I didn’t have my vehicle. Will NEVER RECOMMEND!
