You really couldn't ask for a better experience. Everything from the initial communication and all follow-up was excellent...I found a few tapes from an old camcorder and called a few places in my area about transferring. Glendale Video Solutions called back within an hour. The tapes were transferred within a week and actually received a partial refund since one of the tapes only had 15 minutes of actual video...Their honesty and professionalism is a cherished part of any service/business and they sure as hell delivered. Google Maps/Navigation did mess up the initial directions so just be aware that the entrance/driveway to the place is right on the corner of 67th DRIVE and Utopia. It originally tried to say it was on 67th AVE and Utopia. I did "correct" it in the maps app so it might actually be correct now.
