Some reviews claim that guard shack has some mean people. So with this in mind I prepped myself for a bad experience.

The gentlemen in the shack are responsive to how you behave. I keep it please and thank you no sir/madam yes sir/madam.

With this mine was a simple check in. Your ID is needed to check in.

This is a processing plant. Times will vary depending on how the day is. Once checked in, you will be guided on where to go when a door is available.

At the door wait for someone to come and guide you again.

Failed to communicate a strict appointment, I ended up an hour and a half late and was here for almost 5 hours. For a place this big that has this much truck traffic their docs and the space available is absolutely pitiful. They pretty much burned my clock down with no care, then the guards were very condescending making me walk all the way back to the guard shack just to show me directions to get to the docks. It was very simple and just a right turn up ahead hopefully I never get sent here again.

I’m a driver emwith Sunbelt Rental.I came to GSF in Conyers Ga to deliver some equipment to a contractor.My appointment time is 8am.it’s currently 7:15am.Im parked in the designated area by the road for Delivery drivers.One you the security guards came out being very rude saying I can’t park here and this is not a hangout spot.I explained to him and showed paperwork of appointment time ..He continued to harassed me when all I was trying to doing is my job.Im not parked to where im impeding any other traffic or driver.Im so disappointed .His name is Security Officer Eddie Bryant

Before you get to the guard hours pull to the right and left shoulder next to the fence and you have to walk up there to check in
The review is true if needed going to take it off right away if not you going to wait
I late one day so hopefully need them pretty fast😂😂😂🤣😜🤪😉

Been waiting 4 hours for a door in a day cab they've burnt my clock up this place sucks be ready to play a whole game of monopoly when u arrive!!!!!!!!!!!

My appointment was at 7 am. I call them a day before and they told me to come at 6 am. Checked in at 6, after 5 hours they gave me a door. And they first unloaded a truck that came after me. It’s 12pm and still waiting to get unloaded. They don’t let anybody go inside to ask them. They don’t care about your time and keep unloading and loading their own trailers.

I had a great experience. I arrived at 0515 for an 0800 appointment. Was told I was a bit early and to come back at 0700. Drove to the Walmart around the corner, did some shopping and returned at 0715. Door right away and unloaded in a half hour. There was about 10 other trucks at the Walmart and more next door. No hassles.
