EVERY TIME I CONE HWRE THEY ARE CLOSED AT LEAST FOR TWO HOURS
I WONDER IF THEY TAKE A LONGER LINCH CAUSE I TRIED DIFFERENT TIMES AND THEY ARE CLOSE WITH NO SIYTO INFORM WHAT TIME THEY ARE CLOSED

Golden State water seem to be a good company until I moved. I always paid my bill on time, if not early. In fact, I called them weeks before my move and advise them of the move. Yet somehow it wasn't documented. I got a bill that extended 15 days after the move. I called them and spoke with Emily, and she told me the bill extended untill the 15th , I told her, I could pay it. Honestly because,I cant imagine it being that much... I really don't want it to be in debt. She told me too bad, she can't look up the balance. I'll have to call the collectors and take it up with them. Completely ridiculous. Collectors take a portion of the debt, and I was willing to pay the full amount. She was extremely rude and Unforgivable. It sucks so much that these companies monopolized the area.

Was waiting about 30 minutes after they open, but they were still closed. Decided to call costumer services, apparently they're accepting payments only if calling the payment center!!
