Great adventure, historical and all around fun. Weather your passing threw or making a day of it. This place is worth it. Sight seeing is free and there's many things to do that are very affordable. My family and I rode the train and I gotta say it was definitely an experience. The train driver was a great story teller as well.

Super fun place to stop in and take a trip back in time. The gun fight was great. Dog friendly. Just a really neat place that we didn’t expect to visit on the way back from Tortilla Flats. Don’t let the crowded parking lot fool you. Still plenty of room to roam.

If you love Ghost Towns it’s a fun stop. If you live in Arizona you should be able to say you’ve at-least visited once. I remember coming here as a teenager and loved it. Of course that was a very long time ago. To see it as an adult brought some nostalgia back, but also realizing it’s all fake and redone as a tourist attraction. Of course the town was real, mining was done nearby, but no original building exist. It’s fun to walk around and check out different buildings (mine was the chapel), but we were done within 45 minutes. Prices are steep for most items. If you’re into this type of thing it’s worth the stop.

Very cool ghost town with a fun, interactive mining tour, mystery shack tour, and several little gift shops dotted all around. The mining tour was legit a real mine and felt like in the 1900s with lots of history told by the tour guide too. The overall atmosphere of the whole town was awesome and screamed Wild West everywhere so kudos for that incredible job! Another way it felt like a real town was because it had side roads and a main road with local shops and actual restaurants and the side road had attractions, the tours, and a gold panning section. It was pretty busy and lively and you could hear the shots and horns from everywhere, the ice cream was delicious and had unique flavors and the serving sizes were pretty big. In total, it was a fantastic mining adventure of the Wild West and definitely recommend for Arizona visitors and locals alike!

Visiting Goldfield Ghost Town feels like stepping into a Western movie—rusty charm, quirky shops, and panoramic desert views all rolled into one. Whether you’re a history buff, a photo lover, or just looking for a fun family day out, this place has something for everyone.

The Old West gunfights are hilarious and full of personality, the mine tour is surprisingly educational (and cool on a hot day!), and the saloon is the perfect stop for a cold drink and some people-watching. We also loved the little museum and the shops with handmade goods and local snacks.

Great staff everywhere! I loved the mountain view, the tour was very cool. Matt was our guide, he was great. Pretty funny. The gift shops are cool, and they have the gift shop voted best priced gift shop in Arizona. It was a great shop with better prices than I've seen so far, but if you're looking for a shirt or sweatshirt, this isn't the spot. All the gems and cool rock things are the best prices period. Definitely worth the trip! My son loved sifting his bag of dirt for his gem stones!

This place is really cool. Kids get a chance to go into a mine shaft and pan for gold. There's a lot to look at and walking. If you love history, this is a must see. There are lots of mining artifacts that are really cool. We did the tour of the mine shaft and Matt was our tour guide. The guides give you facts about mining and I learned things that i didn't already know. It is worth the money. There are places to eat and shop. If you love to shop you'll enjoy what the shops offer. I purchased beautiful pottery pieces for my family. (Cactus Ornaments) We went on a Sunday and the church is still used for services and they rang the church bell by hand to announce the service was starting. That was neat. Definitely check this place out. We spent 2 hours here.

I had a blast when we came here to kill some time. The mine tour & train ride are AWESOME and the shops were cool to look around. Everything is authentic including the wood the building is made out of. It's like a town frozen in time! Bring a water bottle especially if you have kids and simply enjoy everything this place has to offer!
