If I could get a -1 star I would!
I'm absolutely disgusted with The previous owner of the salon I now own had their service, and when they came to pick up the trash can after a month of no service, they dumped all the old trash into my trash can and all over the ground. I called the company about the situation, and I was told that it was because the previous owner had an unpaid balance. However, when I spoke to the owner, there was no previous balance, and it doesn't make sense that it would take a month to come pick up the can if there was an unpaid balance. The lady (so called manager) was completely unprofessional and said that if there was no other can, the workers would throw the trash on the ground. I contacted the Bayou Police, and unfortunately, there's nothing criminal about this situation. So, I'm sharing it on Facebook to spread the word and see if there is anything I can do about this. I'm disgusted as a small business owner, and this behavior is completely unacceptable. Grand Bay Waste Inc. .

Had several issues with payments. Late fees and also over charging. We finally decided to end service, and we were paid up to the end of the month. They came and picked up the trash and took the trash can 3 weeks early. I would not recommend this company to anyone. ?

Do Not give your credit card information to this company. I paid them by card once when I was out of town. Every other month I would pay by check only to find out later that they were charging my credit card as well as cashing the check. Accident? Maybe , but the rude lady that answers the phone wouldn't even follow up with me about the problem. I ended up having to get my credit card company involved to resolve the issue.

Do not use this trash service!!! They delivered my can.. well then trash day came and they didn't pick up my can so I called and asked why she said she would ask him why it wasn't picked up I called back and she said he said he already picked it up (which he did not) so I called back she proceeded to tell me that he already picked up my can after arguing back and fourth finally they came and picked up my can but took my trash can with them when calling back my calls were repeatedly forwarded when she finally answered she told me my can was at the neighbor's house (which it was not) they say they are refunding me my money well they better!! Go with budget waste they are way more professional than these delusional people do not waste your time or your money with Grand Bay waste they are a waste of time!!!!!

Tried to give a half star! The driver is rude and likes to ride people's tail through their neighborhood while kids are walking to the bus stop, doing 30+ in a 10mph neighborhood... RIDICULOUS!

I have never had a company that had wonderful people on the staff and who have always been understanding. Everyone in my are disabled and can't hardly walk and they have helped us out so much. If anyone who would like a decent and dependable company to hire for they're waste pick up then use Grand Bay waste. You can't go wrong by hiring this company.

Because my neighbor, who happens to be a family member didn't pay their bill, they chose not to pick up trash from a paying customer. Dishonest and extremely unprofessional.

GB Waste has NEVER missed picking up our garbage in the 8 years we have been with them. You can't say that about many other companies around here.
