We are very happy with our experience. First off this was a big undertaking for us and our rep Lauren was great throughout the entire process. She was always quick to get back to us and to help guide us through the entire process.

Secondly. We were very impressed with the color and quality of our cabinets.

It takes a little bit of time to get the hang of putting everything together. Make sure you have wood glue, a good drill, a Brad nailer, some pliers, clamps, and a little patience. Once you've put a few together the process speeds up dramatically.

This was my first time working with Crown molding and I wish I would have ordered one extra piece for all the mistakes I made. But again, with a little patience we got through it.

All in all we were quoted about $50k to do cabinets and countertops. Thanks to Great Buy and a little hard work and patience we are coming in just around $21k. I like that math.

We absolutely love our new kitchen cabinets, the quality of the materials are better than we expected. We looked at the "special order" cabinets at our local home improvement store, but the prices were really high. We decided to look into ordering RTA cabinets. We looked at several different suppliers to compare price and quality. We were very impressed with the sample we received from Great Buy Cabinets and their prices.

We worked with Chris Peterson through the entire process. His customer service was exceptional every step of the way. He was there to answer questions and assist with any issues during the entire remodel. I have to say he went above and beyond to make our project a success.

The cabinets arrived labeled and packaged very well. We had a large order, almost 40 cabinets, plus all of the trim to finish them out. As with any project, a few pieces were damaged during delivery. Because we had so many cabinets to assemble we found the damaged pieces at different stages. Chris worked with us each time and we had absolutely no hassle getting them quickly replaced.

We would definitely recommend Great Buy Cabinets to anyone wanting to tackle a DIY kitchen remodel. We literally saved thousands of dollars. We will definitely be buying more cabinets from them when we start our bathroom remodel.

Absolutely the BEST customer experience EVER! They did an outstanding job helping me to design my new dream kitchen. They made sure every detail was covered. They shipped right on time and everything arrived is perfect condition. My installer was thrilled with how easy the cabinet went together. The quality is top notch. I just can't thank them enough. I am truely satisfied with the service provided by the team through out my 3 week journey of planning and ordering cabinets for my kitchen rennovation project. Kelly and team were very supportive, patient and responsive to my questions. The RTA cabinets were delivered in boxes, in a reasonably great condition and I had almost no issues in figuring out parts and instructions needed for assembly. I was very anxious till the time of installation to see whether everything fits in its place. At the end it was a great success. I am 100% satisfied with the final outcome.

We went with Great Buy Cabinets because they offered the color we wanted, they helped with the design, plus the price was reasonable. I was very pleased with the delivery and the quality of the cabinetry. I did need to resort to YouTube for assembly help with a couple of the cabinets, but they weren't too bad.
