I had the absolute best experience here. I bought a consignment bike that I am absolutely thrilled with. Mr. Fred told me everything I needed to know from how to use the gears to filling up the tires, he even fitted me to the bike and got everything ready to go. He gave me some pedals until the ones he ordered for me come in the shop, because he knew I would want to ride before they came in! He helped me search and fitted me with the perfect shoes as well. When I was done making my purchase, the owners friend helped me load my new bike into my small car too, which was a nice touch! I had also visited Griffins another previous time last year and I also had a very positive experience then too. Will be coming here for ALL of my bike needs❤️

Excellent customer service! I was helped immediately. He was knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem in seconds with solution provided. When I told him I was from out of town and leaving tomorrow, he told me exactly what I needed to make the fix. I greatly appreciated his help and would highly recommend this shop.

Griffin’s Bicycle shop is amazing because of its owner, Fred. I purchased my second 3G bike from Fred today. Due to the pandemic, finding the perfect bike was impossible for about a year until I talked to Fred and told him what I wanted. He immediately contacted his 3G supplier and had the bike delivered the next day. All without the price gouging I discovered from most online bike shops! Thank you Fred for another wonderful experience. I highly recommend you check out Griffin’s Bicycle Shop and buy one of the quality bikes Fred offers.

Fred does it again!

After buying a pristine 3G EZ Over on Facebook Market place. Fred helped me dress up the bike for my daughter by calling his supplier and getting color matched fenders in less than 24 hours.

Thanks for all the recommendations to find a bicycle. We went local to Griffin's Bicycle Shop. The owner Fred did an amazing job! Isn’t she a beauty! Oh and since Mike’s surgery years ago, it has at 7 years since we was able to ride together. With Fred’s recommendation we are getting ready to go get Mike a bike. We both are super excited!!!! The reason why I drive an hour to have my bikes repaired at Griffin bicycle is solely due to the extreme professionalism and courtesy of Mr Fred. I ride the Okefenokee swamp very often and twice in the past month I've had to go to Griffin bicycle to get back on the road. Both visits would have cost me money anywhere else but Fred was able to get me back riding for free in minutes. Thank you Griffin bicycle for being a staple in the Southeast Georgia cycling community.
