We haven’t used HandymanHQ yet, but we met him online during when looking for a local handyman and wanted to share that interaction. James took his time to speak with us about his work experience and skills. He even provided references for other local professionals that could help with our needs if he couldn’t - essentially, he risked talking himself out of business, but made it clear that his priority is great customer care and not making an extra dollar off of us. Overall, great experience talking with James and if we have an opportunity to work with him we will take it! Thanks for your time and resources James!

James is responsive and communicative. He came out to address our issue next day and sent photo and video updates. He was able to resolve the issue with our indoor gas fireplace easily and efficiently. We will continue to use James for future handyman needs at our cabin!
