First used RF Designs over a decade ago, loved them, and just had them out again to install a multi-access point WiFi network and upgrade our security system. They're just as solid under their current ownership. The crew was professional, super friendly, and had everything buttoned up as promised. Have been working with RF Designs now for over 15 years with purchasing tvs, security system, sound system. Recently had them help with Amazon Fire sticks. We bought a home with very complicated av and sound systems. RF Designs was great helping us figure everything out. They easily set up our security system as well, and walked me through the process of arming and disarming through an app on my phone. They have been great with a variety issues in the house. The team at RF Designs is awesome. They installed my whole-house internet, Sonos and security system when I built my house 3 years ago. They continue to be responsive to any issue that comes up. We've been working with RF Design since we moved into our home in 2014. They did the initial pre-wiring for all our phone/tv/pc needs. Since that time, we've signed on for their security service and recently had them install a surround sound system in our home. Everyone that works there has been very helpful and knowledgeable.
