I thought I would try out this new processor.
So, a few a few months back, I took 2 steers to be processed..
I Noted on my cut sheet to package all steaks in single packages.
They packaged them 2 to the package.
I asked for the liver, they chopped up the liver instead of making them in liver steaks. (like cube steaks)
No processor I have used, chopped up the liver. Others have cut the liver like cubed steak.
I brought this to the attention of the lady there, and she blamed the packaging on an employee. But in the end, it's their fault for not checking. She said they always chop the liver (wish I had known)
All the ground beef (hamburger meat) we have used has gristle ? or something chewy in the meat, along with small pieces of bone.
I have never had this from any other processor I have used !!
Why someone would grind up bone and gristle in HB meat is beyond me !
I never knew you can screw up HB meat, but I was wrong !
Some of the vacuum steak packages have already lost the seal and had to be resealed !
I will never use this processor again !
YOU ONLY HAVE ONE CHANCE TO MAKE A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION, AND YOUR COMPANY FAILED AT THAT TASK !
Mistakes happen ? LOL A mistake that can't be corrected !
What did you want me to do, call you and tell you there are small bone pieces and gristle in my HB meat ? Nothing you can do about it now ! I suppose that would be a mistake you're sorry for as well !
What about my packaging losing the seals ?

You'll never get another chance to screw up my, or my customer's beef , and get off calling it all a mistake !
DON'T LET THESE PEOPLE RUIN YOUR BEEF !!!
Once they screw it up, it can't be corrected !!!!
