I am so thankful for finding Hillcraft RV the owner Danny has been a God send for me! I bought a trailer that had been sitting empty for over a year and moved into it during the coldest days of the year. I had a broken ankle and leg and moved into a coach that flooded,no heat and bad battery problems with a faulty breaker! Danny’s team Chris and James came to the rescue! Very clean and knowledgeable at a super fair price. Danny helped me with another issue and was here till 8:00PM no extra charges for emergency and once you are a customer he treats you like family! Living in a RV I wanted a certified tech as they are are unique and I don’t trust a do it person with no knowledge as trailers can burn and flood easily! Danny Hill is the best I worked on rigs when young and appreciate the video and pictures of work done. He knows his stuff and is fair and prompt!

When I recently contacted Hillcraft EMRVR, Danny answered my call right away to discuss an issue with the frig. on our travel trailer. He was pleasant and offered excellent advice with a desire to save us the cost of a service call, which we really appreciate. I followed up with 2 additional phone calls per his instructions and our frig is working great. In the event of a need for further assistance, I will not hesitate to call Hillcraft.

Danny the owner is a very knowledgeable guy. Called him to help me with my heat pump which was not working as supposed to. He walked me thru how to check this and that. Then he said he could come later in the afternoon. He texted me and I asked a couple questions. We go it fixed over the phone and the he said if you have any problems with anything just call him. Great guy terrific customer service and his expertise is unprecedented. If you in his area call him!

I can't say enough good things about this company. I called today on a whim after our refrigerator and TVs were not working in our camper, he helped troubleshoot everything over the phone and told us exactly the tools that we needed and even offered places to get them. He did not charge us anything for his services although we offered compensation. If you are looking for a truly honest company who knows exactly what they're doing with over 30 years of experience I highly recommend giving him a call.

They came out and took extra time that they didn't have to take to make sure everything was good to go and did quality work but charged me far less than the number of the others. They were more than fair and they were honest. I can't say enough good about them and I'm usually not one to give credit if it isn't deserved. Just by his honesty and fairness he saved me a lot of money. Additionally he explained things instead of just fixing it

Danny and Seth were awesome. They came out and fixed a leaking seal on our AC unit that the dealer had just installed. They were there within the hour after we called. The next day we had an awning issue. Back out within 30 minutes. Prices are very fair and I highly recommend their services!
