Takes you back to the 50's in the lost era of really genuine southern food and country kitchens. Best, old fashioned sausage I've had in decades. You'll think your great granny done rose up from her grave and cooking in the kitchen. I now live in Florida and make sure we buy 10-15 pounds every time we pass through Atlanta.

I've been buying Holifield sausage from Ingles in Dacula & Winder stores for a year now. The sausage is delicious! There is not a lot of grease when cooking it and it tastes just like real sausage! And it's perfect in my breakfast casseroles!

Great place for your pork needs. This is a pork processor and have the best sausage you can buy. However they sell in bulk ( I purchased a 6 pound box of sausage).
