I have always been happy with the finished product, especially for the price compared to others. The print services are very fast and reasonable for brochures as well. Email always has a quick response from customer service

I have used HomeVisit for years. The past two years I have had bad service including photographers that did not show up or were significantly late for a photo shoot. Just yesterday and today I had an issue with delivery of service and a billing discrepancy. The two representatives I dealt with were unhelpful in the issues. It seems as if the level of service has deteriorated over the years and does not seem to be getting better but instead worse. So much to the point, I am ready to find a new vendor for this service.

If you want your photos to look like you handed a child a camera to take pictures, this is the company for you. They don’t review the photos to make obvious edits and changes that spruce them up, they just send u whatever the photographer got. Save your money, time, and patience and go to literally anyone else because whatever u get from them can’t be half as bad as what homevisit gives you

Home Visit used to be a great photography source for realtors, but no more. No one in customer service. Appointments cancelled 2 hours before a shoot. Photographers 1 1/2 hours late for appointments. Use someone else, save yourself the aggravation.

The photographer neglected to take a photo of the only full bathroom in the home. HomeVisit had absolutely no sense of urgency around this huge error. Have used them more many years and have many hiccups like this over the years, but this time I. Am. Done. Lots of other vendors out there that are less expensive, consistent and do a much better. HomeVisit has become complacent and entitled.

I ordered floorplans, but they weren’t taken, causing delays in our timeline. The photographer was not punctual, and management showed no concern. This is not the same HomeWise as before.

I used them for years and they were so so, then they were sold to some group in Canada, and they have been ridiculously useless and incompetent ever since. Will never use them again.

Homevisit used to be a great company, but they are awful now. I had two photoshoots in a row turn into a nightmare of “miscommunication” after “miscommunication.” Photos disappeared, it was nearly impossible for them to make very simple photo edits, getting floor plans corrected was one of the most frustrating things I’ve dealt with in a long while. After losing a bunch of photos, they actually charged me to go back and retake them. I just saw the charge pop up on my credit card two months later.

My next listing was even more of a disaster. I’m so glad that I didn’t wait until the last minute to get photos scheduled. It took 5 days to get photos for one listing correct and a week for another. It was almost impossible to get anyone on the phone.

I’ll never use them again.
