I purchased a split king bamboo sheet set for BIG money. After 4 washings, I noticed a significant amount of pilling on the bottom sheets. I washed and dried according to manufacturer's instructions. I contacted the company and they promptly sent me a replacement set with a pre-paid return label. The customer service person was easy to deal with. I will submit a second review after 4 washings on the replacement set. I hope they don't pill!!!! They do stay in place!

I ordered a set of DreamFit bamboo sheets on January 17th, which were scheduled to be delivered by Wednesday January 24th.

On Thursday, I called DreamFit to find my sheets hadn't even been mailed. The representative wasn't apologetic or empathetic.

After arguing with me, she assured me they would be in the mail that day. Our sheets actually shipped on the 29th and aren't going to arrive until February 2nd.

I won't be purchasing from DreamFit again.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Not only are their products awesome, their customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend Homtex and their products, they are an outstanding company. I had a very unique situation with one of their products and they bent over backwards to take care of me. Thanks so much!!

I PURCHASED GOODS MADE BY THIS COMPANY AND IN TRYING TO PUT ON THE FITTED SHEET, I SOMEHOW MISSED THE 2 BOTTOM STRAPS THAT ASSURE THAT THE SHEET STAYS SECURELY IN PLACE WHEN ONE ADJUSTS AN ADJUSTABLE BED. I EMAILED THE COMPANY FROM WHOM I PURCHASED THE SHEETS, DREAMSOFT, AND WAS TOLD THAT WASN'T THEIR PROBLEM AND I SHOULD CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER. THAT SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A HEADS UP ABOUT DREAMSOFT! ANYWAY, I MERELY NOTIFIED DREAMFIT (AKA HOMETEX). WHEN I DID CONTACT HOME-TEX, THEY QUICKLY OFFERED TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE SHEET. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

REST OF STORY: I'D ORDERED ANOTHER 2 SETS OF DEGREE 5 BAMBOO/COTTON MIX SHEETS BASED ON A SMALL SAMPLE FOR $760 AND WHEN THEY ARRIVED, I UNZIPPED A CORNER OF THE SHEETS AND FOUND THEM TO BE NOWHERE AS SOFT AND SMOOTH AS THE SAMPLE. AGAIN, I CALLED THE DREAMSOFT PEOPLE WHO SOLD THE SHEETS AND TRIED TO RETURN THE SHEETS IN FAVOR OF 2 SETS OF THE SOFTER TENCEL SHEETS - WHICH ALSO COST A BIT MORE THAT WERE ON SALE AND WAS TOLD THE EXCHANGE COULD PROBABLY NOT BE ACCOMPLISHED IN TIME TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SALE PRICE SO I SIMPLY BOUGHT THE SOFTER SHEETS AND SAID I'D WAIT AND RETURN THE OTHER SHEETS SEPARATELY.

AFTER 5 MONTHS OF TRYING AND FAILING TO GET EVEN AN RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, I WROTE TO HOME-TEX AND ASKED IF THEY COULD INFLUENCE THEIR SELLER TO BE OF SOME HELP. IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS, A MEMBER OF THEIR STAFF (NOT DREAMSOFT!) WROTE AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD ACCEPT THE RETURN AND CREDIT MY MONEY BACK. I DIDN'T NEED AN RMA #, JUST THE ADDRESS TO WHICH TO SEND THE 2 SHEET SETS. THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY, SET TO ARRIVE NEXT FRIDAY! THENK GOD FOR COMPANIES LIKE HOME-TEX THAT ACTUALLY STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS NO MATTER WHAT THE CASE.

BY THE WAY, BEFORE THE COMPANY COULD SEND THE REPLACEMENT SHEET FOR THE ONE THAT I THOUGHT WAS MISSING THE 2 BOTTOM STRAPS (INGENIOUS DESIGN THAT KEEPS THE BOTTOM SHEET ON REGARDLESS OF THE POSITION OF AN ADJUSTABLE BED), I DISCOVERED THAT THE STRAPS WERE SEWN AND THEN FOLDED FOR PACKAGING SO PERFECTLY IN PLACE THAT I'D ACTUALLY MISSED THE BOTTOM 2 WHEN TRYING TO STRETCH ON THE BOTTOM OF THE SHEET. I WAS NEVER SO GLAD TO SEE 2 STRAPS IN MY LIFE! I MERELY WROTE A RATHER SHEEPISH APOLOGY FOR NOT HAVING FOUND THEM IN THE PAST AND THEIR REP SIMPLY WROTE ME BACK SAYING THANKS FOR MY HONESTY.

HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR THIS COMPANY, I FEAR THE $760 WORTH OF SHEETS WERE WELL ON THEIR WAY TO BECOMING A PERMANENT FIXTURE IN MY ENTRY HALL. THANKS HOME-TEX FOR STANDING BEHIND YOUR PRODUCTS WHEN EVEN THEIR SELLERS ABANDON THEIR CUSTOMER
