I wanted to love this company. Everything started out well. Their communication is non existent. I called 3 times after getting my porta potty's delivered to pay my first invoice since I never received one in the mail. No answer. Finally sent an email and no answer. I finally get in touch with someone and ask them to check that my address is correct since I never received an invoice. The address was incorrect. I finally receive an invoice and send a check off in the mail. I continue receiving invoices and pay them. They hiked prices without sending out any notice to me and then when I complained they said I was over due for 2 invoices... they were the ones I never got on the beginning and never got sent to me. I've now had my porta potty skipped in service 2 times this month and they claimed there was a car blocking the way.. I never received a call or anything. I'm very disappointed I my service.

Update: when I "paused" my service they continued to charge me for months without my knowledge. They said it was being serviced so the charges were legitimate - we lived on property and never heard or saw the trucks come to "service" when it was supposedly paused. I called them to just come pick it up because I didn't want the headache of having to do their accounting for them. They did not pick it up for 2 months. Then they tried to charge me more because I canceled half way through the month. Should have sent them a bill for storage of their potty for 2 months.

I had them pump my septic tank. I have used several companies in town for this service over the years. H&R showed up over 2 hours late without a call. They charge the highest rates in town that I have seen for this service. AND when they were done, I was appalled by the amount of debris they left in the bottom of the tank. I would NOT recommend that you use H&R for a simple service such as pumping out your septic tank. Go elsewhere.

I like the guys that come to pump the tank. Good guys. Salt of the earth. Customer service is otherwise a mess. Dealt with Shane who kept promising to call back, schedule services, send out septic certification. He actually hung up on me when I was trying to get him to confirm that he would send the certification, then email me when completed. When I called him right back he said I "didn't hang up on you on purpose".

Unfortunately, not recommended until they can get their affairs in order.

We use these guys for Porto Delivery & servicing for our annual June Jam music festival in Flagstaff every year. The folks on the onsite work crew are seriously kicka$$ and down to earth people who know how to work hard and get stuff done efficiently like god damn adults. If there's one thing that absolutely must not go sideways at an off-grid camping festival, it's clean water & sanitation.

No one has a good time if they can't poop comfortably in clean facilities and Cali (onsite talent) - along with Shane and Emma (at the home office) deliver that service with a smile and consistent integrity. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

We always wish this fixed cost was less expensive, but it's not the thing to skimp on when hosting folks who paid good money for an event. H&R Septic is an absolutely outstanding value with real, honest-to-god decent human beings like Cali providing the 'boots on the ground' service. Use these guys for your Porto needs if you're in need of cleanly maintained portable poop closets for an event in Flagstaff or Munds Park. If I could, I'd give them 5 sparkling poop emojis.

Main office staff was great. Workers were 5 hrs late, broke watering line and top to septic, smoking and swearing the whole time. Then lied on the invoice. Initial quote was high to begin with and they came back with an additional $400 for what we don't know (we were there the whole time). By the way, they never filled in the hole and left a mess for us to clean up.

This is a great company ! They came out next day , professional and friendly , affordable ! I recommend this company to Northern Arizona big time ! Anna & Shane I give you 10 stars instead of 5 ! Thank you for answering my questions on how to winterize my trailer's tanks honestly have looked on youtube and no one there gave this sound advice ! You should have a youtube channel ! I would subscribe ! Thank you again for doing such a great job sanitary, friendly & and fast! What a blessing to find you !

They forgot my appointment and showed up 3 hours late after I called them. They billed me a price different than the quote on the phone. Ironically good service while on site, but their business manners need a lot of work. Look elsewhere.

Shane is an outstanding inspector. He was willing to go the extra mile for me. I found him to be patient and thorough as well as knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended!!
