I called this company about six months ago and requested a well drilling unit. They told me that it would be about two months at the max and they could have me a unit. I called them after waiting 2 1/2 months and not hearing anything and after two weeks of calling with no response they finally returned my call and told me it would be a week and a half. It is now been another two months after two weeks of waiting I called in and started calling in every other day and sending emails and leaving voicemails every day none of my calls were returned none of my emails were responded to. Seem like nice people but unfortunately as far as a business goes they are incredibly lacking in customer Communication

Do not waste your time with this business..... I called them for parts 3 weeks ago and talked to owner. He said he would order the parts and send out immediately offered to pay with credit card right then and there... I expressed to him the urgency of getting the parts he said he understands and will get right on it....over 3 weeks have gone by and no response at all...multiple voice mails etc.... I've seen Lemonade stands on the side of the road managed better than this company!!!! Now I'm paying to have a custom shaft made because they wont answer the phone....STAY FAR ....FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

They were very helpful in the beginning while buying the rig but as soon as we took delivery it was like pulling teeth to get ahold of them. The rig did work pretty well but when we broke a few parts and tried to order them or get them replaced under warranty they were not helpful at all. I wouldn't purchase from them again.
Just a little info for anyone who wants it, the trailer mounted rig won't drill more that 200 ft.

Bought a small rig from them and you can not get replacement parts through them and its hard to get in touch with them so if you buy something from them your own your own when something breaks.. And parts are not easy to find, and most you are probably going to want to upgrade cause they break when drilling!! Our rig hasn't been run in a year cause we gotta figure out how to put better parts on it before we can drill another shallow well!!!

I just got my rig a few weeks ago. Works great! Already drilled a well! 127 ft. Down. They may take a while to get it done but it's a good rig and works! Beats paying a well driller!

I purchased one of their machines and it worked well in sandy soft soil. Once I started hitting rock, I ran into trouble. The progress was slow. I ended up losing a tricone bit. When I contacted them to buy a replacement bits, I was given the run around.

I then asked to buy a diamond bit and I was told these were made in China and a long story. I am trying to run a business. No bits, no drilling, no money to be made. I got no support from this company. I could not purchase couplings or bearings for the machine. Nothing!

I ended up buying parts from different shops and customizing the machine myself. I ended up buying industrial bits, which by the way do not fit the drilling tubes since the treads are not standard. Ended up using air rather then water.

With the adaptations I am able to drill down to 180 feet, no problems. Three wells per week. No thanks to their support.

I got a quote for a drill rig, extra stem, well screen, bentonite, and a tricone rock bit. After several months of delay and excuses, they wouldn't return calls. I was not able to complete my purchase and had to buy a rig from China.
