This is probably the most useless business to go to to repair a simple 12 volt transfer pump. They don't know what they're doing. They charged me 150 bucks to take completely apart and claimed they were looking for parts. Said it couldn't be repaired and gave it back to me in disassembled in pieces. DON'T USE THESE GUYS YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Horrible outfit. We purchased a very nice and custom kenworth from them. I had it back in 7 times already and tomorrow will be the 8th time. Crane keeps on losing signal. Even when standing at bed of truck boxes dont seal water. Air compressor wont kick on. Very crappy service. Dan in the warranty center is useless. The whole company as a whole is bullcrap. Definitely dont purchase from these people. Go over to Empire and buy a maintainer.

i called the service department and asked if they could install hydraulic outriggers on my current service truck they said sure bring it down to get estimates i live 2.5 hours away from the Surprise location
i showed up on time to my appointment talked to the guy at the service desk and he didn't quite remember my appointment and from this point forward the service department gave me complete attitude its like they didn't care i waited 10 minutes for the service department to grab somebody else to look at my truck and immediately they said no its not an IMT bed
a complete waste of time i would never ever use these people service department just did not care about the little customer
also i asked the service department about installing a new crane service said (thats not what i do i fix stuff you will have to talk to sales) you would think service would point you in the sale department direction and they did not
you will be disappointed if you use these people

Absolute Highway Robbery.... Charged us $476.76 to change a battery I had on site. Knew we had the wrong company when they sent a quote of $1,100.00 to do an oil & filter . These guys take that " mask " thing a little too far. Too bad you don't offer a half star.

Parts department rarely answers calls or emails, and when you finally get a hold of them they act like they dont care.
