Decent materials but the salesman lied about free installation. When we spoke to John, he told us they don’t do that and we’d either have to pay for installation or put it together ourselves. When I stated that we didn’t want to purchase it, I was told we had to because they specialty made the trusses. Well, are getting the materials to our lot, we realized the trusses were too short and that we had been lied to about them being “specialty made.” We have asked for some money back for having to wait to get the correct materials and now nobody has called us back and won’t answer the phone. Will not buy from them again nor would I suggest this company.

The best company to deal with. Very helpful, fast and prices are reasonable. When I have to go for supplies, I enjoying frendle staff members. Thank you guys and please don't change the way you do the business. I definitely recommend!! Finishing building 36x36 pole barn garage.👍🙂👍

I would recommend Jackson Metal Roofing Supply due to the excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. I've been researching the different types of Pole Barns and received a greater knowledge from the Jackson Metal staff. When I get ready to have my pole barn or even upgrade to a Brando, I will definitely have Jackson Metal Roof handle everything from the purchase to the installation.

Four months and counting to get engineered plans on a 20x30 pole barn. I was told that the plans would take 8-10 weeks. I have never been kept in the loop about anything the whole time. The only answer I get when asking about the plans is that they will contact the engineer. Occasionally I am told a date that I will get the plans, but that date has come and gone multiple times now. I would expect terrible customer service from a fast food restaurant and not from a business that I write a check to for over ten thousand dollars.

Went to jackson metal for a barndominum in 2019. Turned out great. With the housing market going up I sold that one and got them to do another barndomium. Went even better. It's actually on their website gallery now. White and black with detached garage/ shop. Saved about 25% from a conventional stick built cost. Love it
