I called to make arrangements on bill was 3 yrs service never had before.talked to a lady thought everything was good .well about 5 days till end of month my water cut off I called and told them about my call said I would be ok till 30 .that was 4 days before pay .they did not help me they said they would have put it in system .no one did .I do not know there procedure so they treated me as I was not telling truth .had to do without water 4 days and I told them I was a caregiver for Handicaps son 32 yrs old .I would pay the extra in the bill coming up .they said no .after they heard I had talked to them .nothing .that's not good business I never had water off before not called in complaining. Why would they do that

Lived in Jacksonville for 3 years and never had an issue. One month my bill doubled because I had a leak and they left a note on my door saying they noticed my bill went up and I might need to check for a leak. I usually always paid my bill through the drive thru window or the drop box and whoever is on staff there was always very polite.

The bill is usually high and electricity is not included in it! The water is as muddy as I have ever experienced to pay such an outrages bill. Anddd....recently they have moved and for some reason I have not received a bill statement. On FaceBook they said that you can still pay your bills online. Wellll....not without paying a fee on an already expensive bill. I really do miss my old electric company...where the electric and water bill was combined and the water was a lot cleaner and the bill was cheaper in that area as well.

I can't believe the negative remarks. Everyone at this company has always been very friendly and helpful to me. I always call to get by billing information before I get my paper bill and they are always happy to help me.

Of all of my travels and places I've lived, I have never had better water right out of the faucet! It tastes like premium water out of an expensive bottle. It is great! I normally purchase high-grade filters and in Jacksonville, it is not necessary! Thank you!

I know that there is no guarantee that your water will get cut back on the same day it gets cut off, so why is it that an idiotic employee told me that it would be cut back on that same day? I wouldn't mind if they told me what I knew but dont lie to get me to leave. Very unprofessional.

They do not give correct info and dont mind wasting your time OFF WORK to have water turned on! But they make sure they get that $75 deposit even if you do have to take 3 days off bc of their mistake!!

Those people working in that office are completely unprofessional. They’re rude to both customers and their own coworkers. I hate going in to pay my bill.
