I came in the morning and they said they could see me in the afternoon. When I came back later the customer service was awesome. They inspected my tires and found a small leak around the valve stem. The Technician made the repair quickly. Inwas back on the road in no time.

Their technician showed up promptly. The equipment had rolled the tire off the rim. It took many attempts to repair the tire and he used everything he knew to get it done. I was very impressed with him. What great service.

1st time there and they were great. Starting with making an appointment and emailing the issue I was having with my tire. They responded promptly and let me know the process and the price. I got there a little before my appointments at 7:30a.m. and they started opening the doors about 7:26a.m. Then I checked in and was out by 8:00a.m. I didn't get the gentleman name that was working the counter but he was a pleasure. Thank you guys so much.

I used to take all my tire business to this place, I always thought highly of them and would’ve recommended them. But it seems they don’t want my business anymore. I called them for a price on some work, and the man gave me a rough range of what it would cost. I said ok and thanked the man on the phone, and he immediately hung up in my face. I had been nothing but polite with him and gave him no reason to treat me like that. Anyways, I went ahead and took my business to a place that was respectful, took good care of me, and also got my work knocked out in less than 30 minutes on a 4:30 Friday walk-in for half of Whitehead’s price. Jim Whitehead won’t be seeing me anymore.

Jim Whitehead’s Best One Tire & Service provided 5 star service. One quick phone call this morning and they provided exactly what we needed. We had an appointment set up for following day but my afternoon schedule changed and I thought I would call and check about getting my car in earlier and they performed the service for me same day! So glad I went with them. Fast, reliable and friendly!! I would highly recommend them.
