Thank you to the excellent staff including the kind lady at the Answering Service when the water main broke at River North to Jeremy who called to let me know the status of the repair. They
had two water mains break that day which meant they were working in hot weather, and at night. We appreciate you Jones County GA Water Dept staff. Now, if you could just lower our bills it would be even better.

God Bless you and Yours.

We had a rare issue over the weekend with our water meter, leaving us without water. I called the after hours line, and Bobby was able to come out Saturday night and get our water going again within 30 minutes. The heavy rains caused the meter to malfunction again tonight so I called the after hours line. Thankfully Bobby was on-call still and was familiar with the situation! Less than 30 minutes later Bobby and the new superintendent, Brandon Stark, showed up with smiles on their faces ready to help. They changed our meter on the spot and were able to quickly restore water. They were extremely polite, prompt, and professional! We are highly satisfied with the JCWS and excited about the changes being made by Brandon Stark.

I am just in absolute disbelief in the amount of my water bill for 14 days. I just bought a house a Jones county, I have always had a water bill in Baldwin County I thought they were high being they charge u for sewage and trash. NOOOOOOO I am only being charged for water here in Jones county and its more than for only 14 days than I was paying for a full month in Baldwin County with sewage and trash added on to my bill. WHAT IN THE HELL
update....why is it like pulling teeth to pay a damn water bill?

Miss “Kathy” has got to be about the rudest customer service person I’ve dealt with, and it’s not just today, on multiple occasions in which I’ve had to speak with her, she’s just had a snarly little attitude and it instantly makes me irritated.

Could you please find a simpler way to pay the water bill. I want mine to be automatically drafted but there seems no way to do that. Why not?

SHE LISTENED TO HER EMPLOYEE JAMIE BROWN BE TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL TO ME A PAYING CUSTOMER. THE COMMISIONEER OR WHOMEVER EMPLOYEES THEM SHOULD TERMINATE THEM.
