By far, some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Phone calls are not returned, emails are not answered timely. Take your business to another supplier, even if you have to pay a little more. I used them for a couple of jobs as recommended by a friend, but never again. And when I called them out for their lack of communication and unwillingness to help ease my customer’s mind, I was told that they made not set up to take photos of the monuments (even though they took a photo of one part of the order but not the remainder as requested), and for me to lose their number. I can assure you, that won’t be a problem to lose their number. I do business with people who care abut the products they put out, and with people who care about their clients.
