Awesome place to go to get your hog processed. Turn around time was 1 week which is lighting fast. The owner is super nice guy. Love the honesty up front. He did a great job. I got the boudin and it was AMAZING. I look forward to seeing how the other options come out. If you want it done right go here, you wont regret it. I will be a return customer.
