Good place to deliver, appt 9am , 9:45 empty. Lady who works in office is very friendly i wish other places have people like these working. Clean bathrooms, overnight parking on the street

The slowest place ever. Way too many workers sitting around doing nothing. If you have another appointment after this pick up know that you will be late. And if you pick up here with a same day delivery you will not make your delivery appointment. Seven to ten hour load times are the norm at this facility.

Very long loading times, been here 5 hours and counting and they seem to be in no hurry. Broker paid me decent in a climate where the rates are in the tank but looks like he paid me for my time. This kelloggs is way worse than the slow one in Atlanta.

This place is terrible! Y on earth would I be given an appointment & get here & loading takes 6 hours? Literally doesn't make any sense, time is valuable & these people played with time I can't get back. The lack of common courtesy is unbelievable!
