I needed to find a suitable 6 pack charter insurance for my operation. After calling around to numerous companies only to no avail, Kathie at Kings Bay Insurance was able to accommodate and provide a great policy for me. I am not one that generally post reviews, but this pleasant experience influenced me to do so. The professionalism and responsiveness that she provided answering all of my questions and finding out information for me in a very timely manner. There were times that I called, and she was not available at the time, other members of their team picked up right where she left off with the same enthusiasm to get me the help that I needed. Denise at Kings Bay is incredible. Our year over year cost of Homeowners shot up over 50% and I called for help. They immediately began to obtain quotes from other carriers. That was the easy part. Once the quotes came back there were a number of items needed to qualify for all the discounts. She provided me with a property inspector, called him and he was here the next day. She instructed me on the pictures I needed to submit, receipts and permit records and she got the job done. Time was critical as I was up against a renewal and she responded to my emails and returned calls very quickly. She saved my family over $3k and that made a huge difference in our lives. Kings Bay Insurance and Denise are fantastic and would recommend them to anyone. First class service!!

Thank you Kings Bay insurance for always getting Big Company results with the service and attention that only a boutique agency can deliver. In my experience this agency smokes the competition when it comes to rates and customer service. If there is ever a problem they are basically 24/7 ready to help their clients get it resolved. They provide great advice on coverage and always get the policy that fits the client’s needs. I would give them the highest possible recommendation. Five stars simply isn’t enough!!

Ricky and his team are great. Their service is amazing and fast, you can call them on the way to the dealership and have your vehicle covered before you drive out. And on boat insurance, you can always rest easy in the Bahamas knowing you have the right coverage
