Arrived 15 minutes early for 8 am load appt. No obvious signs to show what it is. Had to check in with security; all the guard wanted to do was talk politics. Went to shipping area and it is cluttered with metal so getting lined up to back in was ridiculous. Afraid I would puncture a tire with all the garbage strewn around. Loaded me quickly. Pick up paperwork at the front brick building. Had to walk a good distance to get to it. There IS overnight parking at the Ryder lot across the road.

Be careful with these security guards who are not so bright. They will send you to wrong docks to unload and then find yourself at the end of the line because of his mistake. Then you come back to guard shack and now it’s drivers fault and makes you get back in the back of the line. Pretty sad experience and will not be delivering to place anymore!!

Please train your guards to give out proper directions and have better attitudes.

I was given a bunk bed from a friend who lost the bolts and instructions. I contacted Kith Furniture and asked if they had the manufacturer information so I can contact the makers of the bunk bed to order the parts and get the instructions. I was contacted the following day, they FedEx me the parts and instructions. Free of charge! I will be getting my next furniture from them for sure. I would recommend this company, if they went out of their way to send me the parts free of charge for someone who isn't a customer of theirs. I can only imagine just how wonderful they are to everyone who purchases from them.

Picked up here. Take a turn west off 13 south of the front facing building onto county Rd 99. Take the next right. Despite what the sign says shipping and receiving are in the back. There's new construction on the north one west sides. Receiving is all the way in the back on the north side but if you don't have a reference or load number you'll need to check in at the front office, but not the guard shack.

I came in for a pick up. The dock was backed up.
I got a chance to chat with John. He is a great guy. They were slammed, and he didn’t sugar coat it. He worked with me, and made sure I was able to stay on property to finish my 10 hour break (there are signs saying you cannot).

Floor loaded furniture that takes a bit to load, but all the guys loading were working hard and doing a great job.

I would be happy to pick up here again.

My loads are usually pre loaded. Today was a live load. I'm disappointed that I was sitting in the dock 2 hours before company started loading me. Now 3 hours in and I'm still sitting here watching my clock tick away.

Prayers for all that work here. Significant damage to the business from a tornado last night. Mobile home across the street overturned with an injured person inside.
Fairview area in Hackleburg received substantial damage some lost their entire farm, home, barn everything. Multiple homes either destroyed or heavily damaged.
