Booked a load 1 hour ago with Chris, from Elwood IN - Statesville NC, agreed with the broker on the rate and provided the drivers info, almost 40 min i dont get any rc and call or whatever update on the load we agreed on, moreover i called the number i booked the load and nobody picks up the phone, i emailed few people asking about this load and we got a reply as this load is not available,

I had an awful, unprofessional experience with Broker Chris, please take note of this bad business behavior.

Yoo! Patrick is the man, he trusted us so much, helped us out even when we got delayed, he never got angry at us (understood that this is trucking and anything can go wrong, even a darn fuel card), even though we got delayed by an hour, asked the shipper to wait, we tried our best and managed to successfully deliver their emergency load on time. Love their communication, love their drive, love the way they do business. I started working with Virginia Snow at KTB back in March of 2023 and i can honestly say the communication is 2nd to none.

Virginia has been excellent at keeping me informed throughout the steps of bookings and also working to learn our product and provide better service. The Dispatch team have been beyond great, constant information i can trust which is paramount in knowing when units have been loaded and throughout their journey to delivery.

I would highly recommend KTB to anyone based on my experiences and am very glad i took this call from the many i get everyday from companies.

Our company has been working with Hunter Vaughn and KTB since early 2022, and they've quickly become one of our top freight brokers. We move multiple full truckloads a week and Hunter is always prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with it. When you talk to someone several times a week, it makes a difference when they are nice and friendly! I send a quick email and trust completely that he will handle it. Moving as much as we do, an occasional issue is bound to arise, truck breaks down, flat tire, slow loader, etc. If anything ever comes up, Hunter goes above and beyond to make it right, and keep us updated. If I have a critical or hot load, no question, it’s going to KTB.

Tried to book a load today with KTB, answered Bria Moody, and guess what, bad moody . In the first conversation gave her my mc, she didnt hear it well , said "cant use u " and hanged up on me.
Called her back to give the right MC again, started arguing like I did something wrong. Just rude attitude, will never haul for this broker.
