Today experience was bad,got here at 11am for the apoitment. You can park if you picking up from 22-35 where is open,and then when you park go inside. The worst thing about this place is that they going to keep you inside standing next to the door with no chair no nothing,and then they going to load you for 3h. Insane! Put some chairs or smth for drivers to sit,we are not animals.

Idk what all these other reviews are talking about! Showed up at 7am for an 8am appointment. Was put right in a door and just got handed my paperwork at 9:15am. Employees are fast, professional and courteous! 10/10!!

Eff this place.. they keep you from returning to your truck like you're a 3 yr old who can't be trusted not to pull off the dock.. then they drag you to your door and leave you standing while they wander the whole damn warehouse picking your load.. i have a bad leg. From falling off a damn truck.. i can't stand for an hour while you find the damn load. Getting really tired of safety karens treating us like we're all a bunch of idiots.

I’m giving 3 stars because my experience was mixed. The night check-in clerk was unprofessional and let his emotions affect his work, which created an unnecessary hassle during my (2100 or 9:00pm) appointment. Drivers shouldn’t have to deal with this kind of behavior, and discussing our interaction with coworkers was uncalled for. However, the forklift driver who loaded me was extremely courteous and professional, which I really appreciated. Management should address the inconsistency in professionalism to ensure a better experience for everyone.

Without a doubt this company has the craziest loading protocol I've ever seen, they send you to be inside the building so that you DO NOT assist the loading, just so that you are standing there at the door 🤦🏻‍♂️. so that they feel safe that no one is going to move the truck, instead of picking up the truck key which is easier. They prefer to keep the drivers on their feet, during the entire loading process. They spend their time walking back and forth talking to each other. I certainly don't find any logic to this work protocol. Well, it will stop being funny to them, the moment a driver faints Or simply some driver who is not held by his own legs And falls to the ground and hits his head. They will receive a good lawsuit, if you are going to come here come prepared with your beach chair and your video game, because these guys work at an ant's pace….

Open 6:30 AM until 10 pm weekdays. Does have Saturday service ...I do not know the hours. Very tiny parking lot with product on the parking lot and their own trucks taking up most of the area. Must be able to back your truck in tightly confined space. Waited 2 hours for a dock so I could deliver...then got unloaded in 18 minutes. Office brings signed BOL to truck. No 0/N parking. Very good employees here. Extremely busy place, so be patient.
