Ordered some seat lowering bases for my 23 xp1000 4 seat polaris general. No instructions included when shipped made it very frustrating, so i watched a 4 year old YouTube video of L&W on a Rzr seat install. Website stated passenger seat plastics would need to be cut. Not the case on a 4 seater, myself and several people on the forums were curious about that answer (I was the guinea pig tonight) and I informed them about it being the same as the driver seat only requiring the “U” bracket to be bent downward on both which I knew ahead of time. Unfortunately, I had fitment issues with both side seat bracket bolts they didn’t want to fit with the bushings like it was about 1/8 off from side to side. After some prying and hammering they went. Other downfall is neither seat will slide once installed… I can only take them out and dead blow hammer them back and forth to different positions but they won’t budge installed. This was due to the tolerance being off with the seat bolts as stated above, it puts it in a bind and won’t slide easily. 1/8in wider slots or something woulda prolly fixed this. I used all the new hardware and silver flat washers as instructed and the old seat bolts with bushings. But is what it is I guess. Did the best I could without updated instructions, they lowered the seats to a more comfortable position for sure, and accomplished what I was after minus basically losing my sliding function. Overall it’s done…kinda.

Just wanted to leave an honest updated review. I read every sites reviews of these L&W fab seat lowering brackets and the Polaris general forums, it was hard to find anything recent or detailed. There was another 2 brands I was considering, Super ATV, and rock ready lowering bases. I went with L&W fab. Minus the loss of sliding functions & seat bolt fitment issues, I still like them over factory height brackets.

All I have to say is CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ON POINT! Since I live kind of local (1.5hrs) I went directly to the shop to purchase a set of non adjustable radius rods for my 2021 Rzr xp1000. Offered military discount which was a plus. I start installing them and noticed I have 4 incorrect of the 16 bushings for the rods. I called back before they closed and sent pictures. They informed me that they shouldn’t have been packed in there. Since I’m going riding tomorrow, Taylor offered to drive them 2 hours (Atlanta traffic) to hand deliver me the correct 4 that I needed. I tried to pay for her gas or something but she refused since it was their fault that I was missing the 4 I needed. THANKYOU TAYLOR AND L&W fab! OH!! And these radius rods are monsters! IF YOURE LOOKING FOR RADIUS RODS FOR A CHEAPER PRICE AND SUPER HIGH QUALITY, L&W FAB ALL THE WAY!!

I bought 3 cages from these guys. They shipped them stacked on top of each other. The bottom one was delivered with roof panel dent in 3 different places. I called L&W to ask for a replacement. They told me they would not take care of it. After I reminded them that I bought 3 of them they offered to cover only half of the $400.
I build a lot of cars and will not buy from them again. No recommendations from me either.
Businesses these days do not care for customer satisfaction anymore or back up their mistakes.

Ordered radius rods, upon receiving the color looked kinda dark or burnt. Sent a request in and Taylor had a new set to me in days! Perfect color. Highly impressed with customer service and quality. Have purchased items twice since the radius rods. Next are A arms. These guys treat you great. And extremely nice products

I ordered two seat lowering bases for my 2020 General. I ordered the set because the website states it would work on the 2020 with out any modifications. I go to install the passenger and it won’t latch. I realize the passenger side is not flat like the driver side. It has a raised part in the rear. No problem. I call L&W to see if they have a solution. I speak with Haley. Haley says let me put you on hold I’ll speak with the engineer. I get hung up on. I call back she answers immediately and says hold on please. No problem I’ll hold. I get up on AGAIN! So I call back and she says sorry about that. No problem. She said I spoke to the engineer and as it is clearly stated on our website it won’t work with the 2020 model. I said it clearly states that it won’t work with the 2021 models. No mention about the 2020. So she says you can return them. I asked for a return label and she states I’ll have to talk to my manager and she what they want to do. I said okay. Then she says I’ll foward the information to them and hangs up AGAIN on me. No “Thank you have a nice day or sorry about this” nothing. Just hangs up. Terrible customer service from Haley. Plus who would want to cut the plastic and allow more water and mud and dust to intrude in to the cab?
So I’ll be waiting for a response from the manager, hopefully they are more professional and issue a return label and refund.

Ordered tree kickers for my 22 Pro they fit great, shipped reasonably fast and are high quality definitely worth the $$. Will be keeping an eye open for future products from L&W!
