I’d like to give a shout-out to David for his professionalism while drawing my blood at the lab. He did an amazing job! I usually have a hard time with blood draws, but his skill and the excellent customer service at this location made the experience smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend them!

My experience with this location has consistently been great. Similar to what another commenter mentioned, scheduling an appointment before arriving makes all the difference. I had an appointment with this location just this morning and was in and out within about 15 mins. The person who assisted me was Megan and she was a gem. I noticed she was working the front to help check in customers and also the back by performing the blood draws. She was super professional and efficient.

This LabCorp location serves a large area and is always busy, but despite being understaffed, the team here is consistently friendly and efficient. Darcelle and Fran run the office like a well-oiled machine, working hard to get patients in and out as quickly as possible. Given the limited staff, it’s best to make an appointment online and expect some delays, but their kindness and professionalism make the process smooth. They truly do their best under challenging circumstances, and their hard work is appreciated!

I came in yesterday for routine bloodwork, and Lisa did amazing! I was shocked to find out it was her first day because it was the easiest process I’ve gone through when it comes to getting blood drawn. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future!

What I saw at this LabCorp location was unacceptable. It left me absolutely appalled. I was with someone, taking them on Saturday at 11:15am for an appointment for a lab draw. We arrived early, about 10:40am, and many others showed up in between 10:40 and 11am.

By the time 11:30am rolled around, there were five more appointments in the waiting room. The staff had turned away anyone saying they were just a walk-in, so everyone in the waiting room had APPOINTMENTS. The lady at the front desk called someone's name, said, "We don't do drug screens past 11am" and then as the woman was inquiring about the fact that she had made an APPOINTMENT that apparently meant nothing now, the lady at the front desk called someone else to tell them the same thing. Next thing I knew, the lady was trying to forcibly remove three people who had appointments for drug screens and had checked in prior to 11am. As though it was the patient’s fault, somehow, that the staff was running behind.

The three banded together, and worked to get their drug screenings done as they had all been waiting for a long time to get them done, and had checked in well within the apparent parameters. Bear in mind, the location still didn’t close officially until 12pm - thirty minutes from when all this went down. The lady at the desk finally obliged, but not before YELLING at everyone there that there would be “no more drug screens, no more walk-ins, that was IT” and locked the LabCorp door from the inside. No one in the waiting room was a walk in, and the other two appointments (my friend and someone else) were lab draws. The lady told everyone that she wanted to go home, and made it very clear that these appointments at her place of employment were apparently extremely inconvenient for her.

On top of that, when my friend was called back after these drug screens, they botched her lab draw. They missed her veins FOUR TIMES before my friend finally refused service and we walked out of the LabCorp.

The two women working the desk were rude to everyone, and exhibited unprofessionalism the likes of which I have never seen and hope never to see again. I feel awful for my friend and for those three other patients who had to argue with the lady to get what they had paid for, and showed up on time for, done.

It’s disheartening, too, to see that I am not the only person who has complained about similar situations at this location, and apparently nothing has been done about it. Other Google reviews state similar experiences of being forced out because it’s time for lunch, when they show up to their appointments before lunch. No one deserves the treatment I witnessed.

During my recent visit to Labcorp, I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. It was by far the worst service I’ve ever encountered.

From the beginning, the interaction was unpleasant. While preparing to assist me, the technician began gossiping with another staff member about having butterfly needles in her car. She mentioned that she refused to share them with the team because she believed they were using them too quickly. This conversation felt highly unprofessional and inappropriate, especially in front of a patient.

After finishing her discussion, the technician finally acknowledged me and directed me to the area where my test would be conducted. I tried to communicate openly and gave her a heads-up that I was on my period, but her response was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. She told me not to "bring it out sloppy," which felt both condescending and disrespectful.

When I provided the sample, she responded aggressively, saying, "I can’t do anything with that," in a tone that was unnecessarily harsh. Her demeanor throughout the process made me feel judged and uncomfortable, as if I was doing something wrong despite following the instructions.

To make matters worse, as I was leaving, I overheard this same technician discussing my test and personal situation with another staff member. This blatant disregard for patient privacy and confidentiality was shocking and unacceptable.

Additionally, the check-in process was chaotic and disorganized. Despite making an appointment, the staff didn’t seem to follow or prioritize scheduled appointments, which made the entire experience even more frustrating.

Overall, this visit left me feeling humiliated, disrespected, and undervalued as a patient. I will never return to a Labcorp facility and will strongly discourage others from doing so based on this experience.

Every single time I have to come to this Labcorp, especially with my kids, they NEVER have the orders straight. They ask you the info and you say “my dr gave me tangible orders for you to scan” had i not spoke up, I may have missed 4 extra tubes my dr ordered and were critical labs!!! Then when I was telling the tech for the THIRD time to look at the paper orders, she just got the worst attitude, and demeanor. Please Work on getting people who actually want to be there and want to work and actually care about the fact that these patients are going through a lot and the last thing they need is to be given crap when they’re like could you please look at these papers my doctor sent before you do all that if you’re saying that that’s not what the computer.
