This is the most unprofessional manufacturing company I have ever experienced. Do not waste your money or time dealing with Lady J. I have spent thousands of my hard earned dollars for my products to change without my approval, and for the rest of my inventory to never be delivered. It has been over a YEAR, and she would only ship 4 products at a time and I still haven’t received all my products. Save yourself, and don’t get products from this lady.

Just got my order from Lady J I absolutely love the quality the turnaround time was only 3 weeks I did kind of like a semi full brand but not a full brand I did lipsticks lip gloss foundations eyeshadow palettes and lip liners luckily there order minimums were not too bad all in all I had a great experience and I'll be ordering again soon as soon as I sell out

We weren't sure because of her having a lot of services and the price if we should move forward but we did. Now I will say it took us all time to get on the sake page because we needed a very special chemical formula for our skincare line. But she made it happen when we truly needed her most. That's why I literally changed her name in my phone from Lady J to Kobe. I honestly couldn't thank her enough.

This company never delivered the rest of my products, nor didn’t want to give me a refund. I ordered 250 units of brow products and only received 96. The owner blocked me from her phone after I requested a refund. 2,000 down the drain and not care in the world. Please don’t trust them with your hard earned money.
