I ordered the chassis with the advance kit. The shipping was very reasonable, and was packaged very well. There was slight box damage, but the parts ordered were completely unaffected. Fit and finish of the chassis is perfect. I have no complaints at all, however, due to my own lack of reading, I was forced to buy a part for my Sig due to the manual safety on my P320. If I could change anything, it would be a slight cut out to allow for the manual safety on the Sig P320.

I recently ordered the MCK Conversion Kit for my Gen 3 Glock 43X with the addition of the Advance Kit. At first, the Conversion Kit only showed up and the Advance Kit was missing entirely. I mentioned it briefly in an email to this fine company and they have remedied the issue with speed and professionalism.

Ordered a kit have not received any kind of information on when the kit will ship. I have emailed and called several times and not contacted anyone from this company for clarification on my order. It has been over a week trying to get ahold of someone and close to 3 weeks since I placed my order. Customer service is abysmal.

When I received my first initial order, the only thing in the box was instructions and the MCK Conversation Kit...I thought it came with a flashlight. Plus too, the box was opened already and re-taped before I received my merchandise.

Ordered a MCKGEN3 shipping was fast but when order got here, it was missing parts such as the folding brace contacted customer Support spoke with somebody and was told that they would send me out the missing part plus a free red dot after that conversation I expected to get a tracking number or something notifying me that I had a shipment on the way, but nothing has told me otherwise so now I’m stuck with a MCK with none of the parts that come with it. As of right now this review is bad. If something changes I will update.
