I'm relatively new to Jacksonville, AL. Just bought my grandson his first car. A 20 year old Taurus. I changed oil and filters then brought it to Landers for other necessary repairs. Excellent experience. Spot on, easy to talk to. Did everything they said they would. Highly recommend.

January 15, 2021, my starter went out on my kia seltos 2021. They ordered parts from kia, which they said it cost me over 600 dollars. I live 2 hours away. My car broke down on March 4 with the same problem. They should be warranty on the part. Since I'm 2 hours away, I was going to get another mechanic, put it in, and bring it back to them when I can. They told me they would have to do it and exchange it for another. I'm 2 hours away. I I'm sure they were away to help me get my money back. Lost over 600 dollars and now paying get parts and labor again. To me, something not right about these people should be able to get money back on a part that just lasts 1 month and a half. I wonder if they can come get my car 2 hours away, but guess is what it is they don't care. They also said kia said they would have me tow my car 2 hours away and they would have to test and change the part. But I talked to kia and he said another mechanic could test the starter. And give them a written paper that it was a bad starter and I could take the part to them and get my money back. He said probably need contact bbb about this. Just a week I pay a mechanic 100 dollars to put the starter in which brought at autozone which I have a lifetime warranty. I can take it out if goes bad and get a refund with no problem. My car crank up and it took him less than a hour.

I don't exactly remember how I happened up on trying Landers for my car repair business many years ago, but I'm sure glad I did. They have always been the best and Shannon really keeps one up to date all throughout the process. I have recommended them to many people and a few have been smart enough to use their services as well. Just when I thought my experiences couldn't get anymore satisfactory, I discovered they offer discounts for veterans!

Wish I was back in Bama. Can't get a mechanic up in Illinois ? these guys do good work at a fair price. Only downside to this place is they usually booked at least a week in advance.
