Told Service members they have to buy p photo shop pictures of them in dress uniforms, and lie saying they will not get real pictures in their uniforms when they do. Don't trust them. They lie to get money from the trainees.

Horrible quality just get the year book and photos the videos both slideshow and video are useless video is laggy and barley loads the slideshow came corrupted and all the photos are gone

Extremely rude salesmen. Been through these guys twice and I was very disappointed both times. Took around 4-5 months for photos to come through each time, and photos were way overpriced. Paid around $150 for 3 types of photos. The only good thing I have to say about them is the lady who took my call was very nice, which was not the norm for this studio. Very disappointed overall

The lady called me an told me what my son got & when he would get them back. He had them in a week and had them to give me the day of graduation! Thank you to the wonderful woman that helped my son and me!

Good photo. They lost our sons file so we had to order the photo unseen. That was a gamble. But photo was good.

I noticed a couple shoulders in the year book had their eyes closed...NOW COME ON.... IT'S DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY. DO BETTER. If you're going to serve our solders do it right. Putting a solders photo in the book with his eyes closed. That is UNACCEPTABLE in my book. He's been through 10 weeks of hell. Respect them enough to give him an exceptional photo. Sorry to be so hard. Thanks for listening.

Ordered pics and charged for them back in Sept and it's now almost Jan. I've called, emailed and have had zero response despite them charging $180 to our bank card. Beyond frustrated. Companies shouldn't be able to take advantage of our military and their families.

I paid for and didn’t receive my soldiers creed poster. I emailed this company a few times before anyone even responded. They respond to say it would arrive to me in 7-10 business days, that was 7/20/21. On 8/17 I emailed them once again due to STILL not receiving my item. Their response was “ A full refund would require a return of any items you have received. Once we have whatever item you’ve received already we can process your refund. Please include a note within said package so that we can be sure of how to address it.” HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO RETURN SOMETHING I DIDNT RECEIVE? CLEARLY ATATED ON PACKAGING IS A SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, yet this is a blatant LIE!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY

This company is not into giving you options or choices. You want the pictures? You order THE package. You have more than two sets of grandparents? Too bad, because there's only 2 of any size picture, except wallets. There's a 1 page calendar, which I think is utterly useless, but I get to order it regardless. No option that includes an 11x14, either, so that I can display it with my Marine's picture. At least I CAN order that one individually, but that is the only single page they even offer. They also say that it's going to be 6 to 8 weeks, which seems excessive. They are either understaffed, or they have bitten off more business than they can chew. I filled out the on-line form to have them contact me after the holiday block leave; I got no call or e-mail in response. I started calling them, and it's taken a week for me to get the Ft Benning office to answer their phone; their corporate office does not answer their phones, either. Once these pictures get here, they'd better be stupendously amazing. If they are, I may change my rating of this company. If not, it will stay as a one star.
