Total rip offs. They represented to us that they’re experts in the state, specifically in the home care and home health space, but when we asked about the processes associated with licensure, they chose to selectively provide information in a drip fed manner to increase legal fees to their office. When questioned about this, their main principal attorney John Letizia will lash out at you instead of giving you answers to valid questions. They’ll use intimidation techniques to try and increase their fees.

For example, we asked a key state regulatory body why the processes the law firm were helping us with were so convoluted for the law firm and they didn’t understand as they work with the law firm on a regular basis. It was clear after this discussion with the regulator that simply because the law firm and specifically John Letizia’s team wanted to increase their fees, they would lead clients to believe there’s a much more complicated process than there actually is.

Highly dissatisfied and do not recommend.
