Wonderful service! Our brakes went out on the way to Big Bear and we thought we would be stranded for hours. We searched for tow trucks near by and luckily google gave us Licona’s. Angel answered our call quickly and was on his way. His prices were reasonable especially since he knew we were stranded. Where others might have taken advantage of our situation, Angel provided honest prices, recommended a repair shop and even dropped us off at our hotel. I hope you don’t get stranded on the way to Big Bear, but if you do, call Licona’s.

Excellent service! We got stuck in the mountains, and the owner responded quickly and professionally. He towed our car all the way back home and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I got my rental car stuck bad on a forest service road. Lucky for me I had a cell signal. Even more lucky that I contacted Angel at Licona's Towing. He was up there in 20 minutes and got my car pulled out. Very friendly and very professional.

Man, this guy is the best out here in big bear! Came to us as soon as he could, helped us out a lot as we were stuck in the snow for an hour in a half and called him as our last resource. He was super cool and helpful, very easy to work with! If you need any type of help with your car towing, he’s your man!

I can’t say enough good things about Angel from Licona Towing! After my car had to be towed from Big Bear Lake to Redlands, Angel went above and beyond to make a stressful situation much easier. Not only was he professional, efficient, and careful with my vehicle, but he also showed incredible kindness by giving me a ride to the Enterprise rental car location in Redlands.
