I was excited to get a few hat samples completed with a local vendor in hopes of bringing more visibility to their brand and also building my creative studio’s brand merch. Unfortunately, the complete opposite happened. I brought my own hats to be embroidered (a total of 6 hats), and they were all done poorly, so much so that I couldn’t wear or promote them. Each design was off centered, nothing was consistent in placement. There was no communication advising of these errors, nor were they fixed. I paid upfront in full for the job to be done. I spoke directly with Byron, and he advised he would fix this error, and HE DID NOTHING. No follow up, no refund, no new samples.

I typically don’t write reviews, but sitting here looking at these horrible samples and 5 stars, as if this is a company to do business with. I felt it was only right to share my experience in hopes Byron, and the
Lighthouse brands does better!

I would not refer or recommend.

We had a delivery issue with another company for our daughter's birthday. We came to Lighthouse Promotions the day before the party, thinking it would be impossible to do anything last minute but we were amazed with the service received. Not only did they understand our problem, they were so helpful with the planning and design, they customized my daughter's shirt, they completed the order in such a short time, and the shirts came out just perfect.

We are so grateful for Kia's help. The staff here are amazing and so helpful. I strongly recommend this place, we were so impressed.

Even though I waited to the last minute, they were able and willing to do the job. And when I arrived to pickup the item, the finish product exceeded our expectations. Lighthouse is my go-to place for all of my husband’s branding. Most recently we got a sideline tent with our name and logo on all four sides. The pricing was reasonable and we received the order within a week! They do same day orders that has saved me more than once. I trust their judgment on design ideas. The work is always quality and lighthouse helps make my visions a reality.

Also, being a black owned business that works with the Fayetteville community means a lot to me as well. We recently moved but the 30+ minute drive is worth it when you know you’re getting the best work.

Great customer service, fast turnaround, great pricing, excellent quality, multiple options, good email communication and phone communication, local store, good hours of operation.
