Installed my cabinets and came out once to perform some service. Really went above and beyond. Touched up the paint and fixed some things I didn’t even notice or ask for as apart of a service call. Did an excellent job and cleaned up well. Very respectful and professional.

Ivey Homes used this company for our cabinetry in a new build. Almost all the shelves expanded like they got wet during install. They replaced the shelves but we will see if any issues come from the cabinets. They said they would follow up on repairs that needed to be done but it has been 6 months with no contact and I still need repairs done. The cabinets and drawers are not the same quality as the ones they installed for Ivey Homes in our townhouse and it shows from the hard on the drawer slides to the shelves.

I have gone in twice and both times there was no one there that could help me. It all hinges on one person being there. They give me her email, I email her and instead of setting up an appointment, she asks me questions that once answered, she doesn't get back to me. It's not like it was over a weekend or holiday. This is during the work week when they are open. How do you depend on one person like this? To lowes or home depot I go I guess. I've tried to use small businesses, but if they can't take an order, then I don't think they want my business.

You will LOVE this custom cabinet company!!! They really listen to your requests and make them a reality! The door selection and color choices are amazing!!! They knew what I wanted even before I did!!! I highly recommend them!!!!

They don't return phone calls

The numbers listed on the website don't work when I try to call them from my mobile phone which has an out of state area code. We then borrowed a friends phone with a local number, called 4x and left messages. No one ever got back to us. We then decided to drop in where I voiced my frustration with the receptionist and how no one has ever gotten back to us. So even after visiting them and being assured we would be called back to make an appointment, we have yet to hear anything from them.
