My rent has doubled in the last few years, otherwise nice place to live. Rent just went up again this month. I remember when my parents paid only 100 a month. Mine is now 931. Up to 990.

The management doesn't enforce their own rules about parking or keeping your property cleaned up. It's a beautiful park, but management needs to do their job, some of the homes look like junk yards.

Great for A peaceful view of the little lake.
Ducks can be fed by hand. Very quiet and restful.

Very nice community lake filled with life. The ducks and the fish were a nice addition to the place. As well as 2 community pools and and a couple of parks for the kids. Everything seems to be kept up with. Loved it!

It's ok honestly I live here and the rent constantly goes up and some of the rules for the amenities are kind of ridiculous.

This is just your average mobile home park with a lot of mobile homes in two different areas. They have a lake where you can fish but no swimming allowed because you wouldn't want to get in that dirty water anyway. They have two clubhouses and pools. The park is reasonably clean and the staff seem to be nice. This used to be an adult's only park on one side and a family park on the other but I believe they have now opened it all to families.

I have lived here for 11 years, and in the last 4 years there has been many amazing changes and up grades to the community, George and Ann are fantastic . I have always felt very safe here as well as informed of all the new improvements and fun events. The approval application they require has made it possible to have wonderful neighbors around me.

It is nice quiet park, reasonably clean and well maintained. It has two swimming pools for swimming and a lake for fishing. Nice place to live and definitely one of the nicer mobile home parks in this part of the high desert.
