We had a broken spring hanger on a 16 ft camper/toy hauler and called several places to have it welded back on. This problem had happened several times when using this camper and never at an opportune time or place. We were lucky to find Manley Metalworks in Eatonton, GA who said to bring it in for them to assess the break. After having it checked out, we were told that rewelding would not actually fix the problem as the spring hanger had never been installed properly. That was why it continued to break and a solution was suggested for the repair which would keep us from having more problems in the future. We felt the cost of the permanent fix was fair would save us from future headaches with the unit. I waited to write this review until we had done some traveling with the camper. After we have had it fully loaded twice and traveled 1200 plus miles, there has been no more issues. We can't thank the whole staff and owners of Manley Metalworks enough for their expertise and fast turnaround on the repairs of our camper.

I blew a wheel bearing on my 24 foot trailer yesterday while hauling my skid steer. I called Manleys after hours and the owner himself took time out of his day to assist me in removing the castle nut and bearing that had welded to the axle after being so hot. I am extremely grateful for their hard work and great customer service skills

If there was a 0 for a rating, I would choose that. Their customer service is below poor. I knew this phone conversation would not be great by the tone of the lady's voice when she answered the phone.

I have a customers' trailer we need information on, and they refused to give us the information to source parts locally. She refused to help me unless I bought parts from her.

Brought an older hybrid by Horton trailer a few years old could not find the right fenders for it nowhere nor door drip called this shop they had it thanks Manley metal works you guys were a great help Look forward to doing business with you guys in the future
