Why do they NOT have an emergency number? Ugh. Water broke at the meter and needed some assistance on the weekend. They really should have someone on call for emergencies. I know not enough people work their but then maybe contract out because things like this do come up.

Edit: One of the local plumbing suppliers in the area was able to get ahold of one of thei Public Water employee's who was so gracious to come out and look to see where it was broken. Our side or theirs. He was so helpful to my husband!! At least this gives us an indication as to the next step.

They are always leaving the office early, door says open till 5 but I have yet to see anyone there after 4, No one ever answers the phone, if there were other options this place would be shut down. Higher ups really need to reevaluate the people running this place.

Water busted no answers the phone there when I go to pay the bill no one is ever there I don't know run this place but they definitely need someone or some ones who care about the job and people of the community wish I didn't have to get them this star

The people who answer the phone for water hook up are questions are very rude. This type of behavior is unacceptable. I pray that you will give this matter prompt attention. Thank you

They are very rude. Nobody is ever in the office and it's very hard to get someone to come to the phone. I don't know how this establishment is still open.
