Shout out to David for being extraordinary KIND, professional, and knowledgeable. After calling to confirm my appt and asking can I arrive 3 hours early, I arrived 3 hours b4 my appt. I was loaded and enroute to receiver in less than 30 mins! There’s plenty of space to maneuver to hit the docks even for NEW DRIVERS! I would return to this shipper any day!

Could of been faster on loading side so I could leave to beat rush hour. But that's not my reason for leaving out a start. You guys need to use more than two straps to keep sidewalls from bulging out. TWO per each stack of rolls would be ideal. Or 1 strap every other stack. Thx! 🙂

Guy in the shipping office was super friendly and they got me loaded in under 20 minutes. They even secured the load for me with some straps I had left in the trailer. Can’t complain at all, great experience.

Restroom for drivers is available and was clean when I was there.

Next to the docks there is a little pond. When you check in there’s a sign inviting you to feed the fish in the pond (they have small cups with fish feed you can take) to pass the time while they load you. How cool is that?
