I stopped into Mattress Experts while on vacation in Payson. I was surprised at the great selection of mattresses on display. Kristine helped me & answered all my questions. She was very knowledgably, plus their prices beat anyone's back in the valley by far. I took her card & once I arrived home, I checked back with several stores again in Phoenix & Scottsdale, and they wouldn't even come close to their price, so called her up & ordered my king mattress & box springs. Kristine went above & beyond, having her crew deliver & set-up my new mattress & box spring to my home in Phoenix. I would highly recommend Kristine & Mattress Experts for your next purchase.

We have purchased several mattresses and platform stands from this store in Payson and have been pleased and satisfied with each one. My wife and I have been very impressed with Kristine and Cindy and how they handled one mixup we had with our last order(the only mixup we have had). They went so far above and beyond that we could not have ever guessed what they did to fix our problem. Mattress Experts are what stores used to be like when customers mattered. And they are what stores and businesses should be like today. We appreciated the hard work of everyone and also the delivery guys, Eli and Chris. They worked very hard and fast and the setup was flawless. We want to thank you, Kristine, Andrew, Cindy and Eli and Chris for the fine work and professionalism we won’t forget. We bought a electric lounge chair (and other items) in June 2021. Shortly after, we began noticing that a filmy layer over the leather was starting to fray. It was very odd...looked like skin peeling. We took photos, showed it to the Mattress Experts owners and they immediately set to make it right. They are amazing.!!! I would highly recommend them. Great customer service.

After having read the sour grapes blog from the person about the 14 yr old dog & the reply from the store, I decided that this was the place I wanted to do business with. The two ladies who are there to help customers are the nicest & sweetist you would ever want to know. They are extremely helpful, professional & knowledgeable about their products.
I highly recommend this business.
