Mavis tires was exceptional ?, went in for a oil change, and they were right on top of it. I told them that I had to be at work and when I say that got me out of there in a timely manner. Customer service was great ?

I picked up something in my tire on my way back to my house from the dealership. It was almost six and with my tire completely flat, I worried about getting it somewhere so I could make it to work the next day. When I saw they were open late I was relieved!! Thank you so much for your expedient service and for being so kind! My future business will be with these guys!

Went in for some wiring issues that left our windows unable to roll up. They were unable to diagnose the short, but got our windows rolled up to where we didn’t get rained on. Greatly appreciated their help, and will definitely be returning for any future car repairs. Place with clean, staff was super friendly and helpful!!

I came in today after having a flat tire. I was quoted approximately $500 from the Land Rover dealership for a replacement. However, once I arrived at Mavis the gentleman that helped me took one look at the tire and said we can fix that. I walked out the door only having spent $59.99 including tax. I would highly recommend.

While leaving lunch on Sunday, we noticed that we had picked up a screw in our tire. Since it was Sunday, our options were limited on where we could go, but Mavis was open! It was so quick. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. The waiting area and bathrooms were very clean. We will definitely be back!

I had to have my tire patched today from running over a piece of fiberglass. I'm so glad I decided to stop by Mavis in Attalla. They were so friendly, with great customer service. The waiting area was clean and spacious. Service was fast and the price was fantastic ? I am now a future customer. Thanks guys!

Sad that I have to leave the 1 star. This place deserves 0 stars. We bought a tire, and while we were there, we got an oil change. They used an impact wrench on the oil pan, which resulted in a $600 oil pan replacement a few weeks later. Do not take your vehicle here for anything. I hate leaving bad reviews and will not 99.9% of the time unless someone like this goes above and beyond to earn a bad review.
UPDATE- I reached out to the customer service number on the corporate side like they requested in their reply. I emailed proof and a receipt from the busted oil pan being replaced that was caused by the Attalla Mavis. Still nothing. As a small business owner, I remedy situations like this as soon as they arise. I don't ask a customer to jump through a bunch of hoops, then have them sit and wait for weeks. As a small business owner, bad reviews can be costly, but I guess it doesn't matter with large corporations like this. I would never treat any of my customers like this. You caused $640 worth of damage. You have proof of the repairs. Please do the right thing and make it right.
**Latest Update- 5 weeks later still no check or reimbursement like I was promised for the $640 in damage that was caused to my wife's van. Sent in proof, still waiting, 5 weeks later. Take your vehicle anywhere but here!
** LATEST UPDATE, IT HAS NOW BEEN 2 MONTHS AND I HAVE YET TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE DAMAGE AND NEGLIGENCE CAUSED BY THIS MAVIS BRAKES LOCATION. THE DISTRICT MANAGER SAID I WOULD BE REIMBURSED FOR THE DAMAGES CAUSED IN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION, IF THEY DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE YOU WILL NEVER BE PAID BACK. WILLING TO BET ANY 5 STAR REVIEWS ON HERE ARE FROM THOSE OFFERED A DISCOUNT OR COUPON IF THEY WOULD LEAVE A GOOD REVIEW. GO ELSEWHERE OR TAKE THE CHANCES ON DOING IT YOURSELF, THIS LOCATION WILL DESTROY YOUR VEHICLE!
