I got my 100% disability rating from the VA a few months back and started saving for what up to that point had only been a pipe dream. Then i found out my job was ending in a few months. So for me the pipe dream had just become a now or never scenario. Moving from Vancouver WA to Las Vegas NV is daunting to say the least! I contacted Maxine after being referred by a realtor friend in the Boise area. From the starting interview, to my random panic attacks, to flying in to look at properties, to making all the things happen after I had already flown back to my old home, to today (closing day), she has been there right beside me riding shotgun through this journey. She saw me at my most stressed, she saw me at my happiest, and even at my most discouraged. Through it all her and her team offered insight when needed, encouragement when needed, and cheerleading when warranted. She made it clear when i had to decide, but also gave her experience and expertise when i was wishy-washy. During this process Maxine and her team were damn-near literally everything i needed them to be when i needed it. If you are evaluating realtors and dont know who to go with, take it from me that you would be a fool to choose anyone other than Maxine. I fully plan to contact her when im ready to start my property investment ideas!

Besides getting a good price, Maxine created the best transaction I can imagine. I've bought and sold tens of millions in real estate in my life. I've never had an agent handle everything so smoothly. There are always a multitude of things to deal with in any sale, but she handled them all, and left me with nothing to do but say ,"yes" or "no", and send payment where needed, which she also made as simple as possible.
