I have been lucky enough to buy and sell with Mayra with my investment properties. I tried to sell a property on my own and it never works out but after listening to Mayra and her opinion on staging it was less than a week later and I got within 2% of what we had it listed for in a buyers market so I was so pleased with her and you should use her also. Very honest and would always touch base with me and I was never NOT in the loop every week with showings etc.

Mayra was fabulous! I had never sold a house without my husband, and Mayra shepherded me along with a lot of patience! She is professional and personable with a lovely disposition. She was available to me via text almost immediately. When I needed people to do work for me, she was able to recommend people and she met them at my house while I was home in Fort Worth. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Mayra. She is absolutely wonderful, I wouldn’t hesitate recommending her.
